[edit] Schwarzwelt Joint Project
A project formed by the UN to investigate and hopefully destroy the phenomenon known as the Schwarzwelt that currently threatens the Earth. To acheive this they collected data on the Schwarzwelt using manless probes, but they were always destroyed before any real data could be collected. Based on what they could discover, they put together the Schwarzwelt Investigation Team. To provent a wide-spread panic, they took control of the news and reported it as a ferro-magnetic blizzard.
[edit] Schwarzwelt Investigation Team
A multinational task force sent by the Joint Project to the South Pole. It is composed of the latest technology and the most elite soldiers hand picked from around the world. Its goal is to explore the unknown Schwarzwelt that suddenly appeared and collect data that can be used to destroy it.
[edit] Jack's Squad
A group of well funded mercenaries that entered the Schwarzwelt a short time after the Investigation Team was able to contact the Joint Project back on Earth under the orders of an unknown private contractor. Led by the swarve talking but highly suspicious Captain Jack, the crew are a cold-blooded, blunt talking gang of cut-throats that would seemingly do anything for money. They entered the Schwarzwelt aboard the protoype landing ship, the Lightning, and were able to enter without incident thanks to the information the Investigation Team had transferred to the Joint Project. They are equipped with weapons and technology far more advanced than that of the Investigation Team and wear custom-made black Demonicas. The shadey operations of Jack's Squad are focused on obtaining rare materials for profit, among other secretive money-making schemes.
[edit] Demonica Suits
The Demonica, short for DEMOuntable Next Integrated Capability Armor, is a next-generation weapon developed by the American DARPA. The suit allows the user to function in harsh conditions and has a funamental AI system that supports movement. It boosts the user's existing strength and protects the user from harm according to their style in battle, also allowing the system to grow to match the user's experience in battle. The visor feed is extensible so that it may have features added to the HUD by installing various applications such as enhanced vision, map markers, or battle data.

The name given to the solid energy found only within the Schwarzwelt. It can be run through the material fusion equipment in the Red Sprite's Lab to create new equipment, supplies and applications. The collection of various Forma is vital to the success of the Investigation Team's mission.
[edit] Delphinus Parasite
The name given to the abnormal mental condition caused by Asura's Formless demons by the Red Sprite's medical team. The parasite was eventually driven out of the infected crewmen by recalibrating the MK Gun, a weapon originally designed for brain washing, using the data obtained from the Madman's Stone that had been formed from crewman Norris. A relapse of the condition is possible, but very rare.
