It's sorta too japanese for me... I mean, I was hoping that the pictures would explain themselves without me needed to read any japanese, but I can only guess as to why most of them are funny.

Some of them you don't really need to know Japanese, you just need to know 4ch-ese. Maybe a dash of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure for good measure. Some of them where pretty cool and amusing.
