Hi Guys,

I'm pretty new to the megaten series. I just got a PS2 from a friend who left the country and was thinking of buying some 2d hand games. I was into RPGs during my PS1 days, but have lost track of news games over the years. I was thinking o ftrying the megaten series bec of the reviews ive read.

Which ones do you guys recommend I get:
Megaten 3: Nocturne or the Digital Devil Saga?
Which one is darker and more disturbing?

for more dark and disturbing, i'd go with Nocturne, hands down. besides, imo, Nocturne is just a generally better game, anyway - DDS is a little bit more conventional in gameplay (no devil contacting/summoning in DDS).

I can't even fathom what kind of dracula worshiping gothopotamus this kid was that he was asking for a recommendation based on how "dark and disturbing" the game was.

Yeah.... I didn't even notice that until you pointed it out.

I haven't played either of the games he's interested in, but my suggestion would be to check them out on youtube.

Dark and disturbing = win in his book, eh?

Well, it's better than worshiping turtles, I guess.
