About the demi-fiend, how did he ended up in Junkyard in the first place? I mean.. Isn't Hitoshura the main protagonist of SMT3: Nocturne? How did he ended up captive by the weakest tribe of Junkyard, the Vanguards? Its rather illogical.

There's no real plot connecting him to the junkyard. The people who try to draw those lines are just thinking way too hard about SMT in general.
