You can vote for your favorite Atlus cosplay on their site here.  I mention this because most of them are Persona 3, Persona 2: EP, Persona 4, and SMT related.  There a few from other games like Odin Sphere.  Some of them are really nice.  though some of them you can only really see the person's face, which when judging a costume is pretty worthless. (But I noticed afterwards you can click on the images to see more, doh!)

Entry 24 - Ken Amada [This kid really looks like Ken and pulls off the costume]

Entry 9 - Callisto the Persona [OMFG! is all I can say]

There was no "I wish that were a real gun. You would not be missed" option.

I thought you might be, being a bit harsh until I saw it.  Wow, that's a costume that really, really, really, OMG REALLY depending on having the right body type and that guys is not it.  Though got to give him some props for trying.
