What a week it has been! As we get closer to Orcus his minions get more and more desperate, his devices more and more devious. I have been very lucky, so far. First, I decided to try a mushroom that we found. (Quick hint, don't eat things in dungeons!) I had this very strange feeling of growing younger and younger, and I swear I felt myself completely wink out of existance. It was momentary, but frighteningly real. (Thank the gods for wish rings!) Next I was petrified, litereally, by a Greater Basilisk. Potions work really well! Our encounters grow more and more taxing, more interesting. Blasted my Overbrains, set upon by abyssal creatures, poisoned, pounded and pissed off by a variety of hellish creations. I am in debt to my companions, they have kept me alive and, mostly, sane. They travel with me and our teamwork has brought us through more than one battle, if not in one piece, at least alive. We lost Cerates this week, we found him recently, a lower level Monk, wandereing around the dungeon as minion of an eveil wizard. We rescued him and he felt an affinity to Enoch, so tagged along. Sadly he gave his life in the Battle of the Overmind, he will be missed..........
Serena continues to train her Tiger, soon we will have to start training the cubs. Serena continues to discover an inbred affinty for magick, welcome to the Brotherhood, sister. Fletcher is still a pain in the rear end, I wish he would shut up about that damn sword! If he wasn't so clumsy he wouldn't have broken it in the first place! Janier has finally discovered that she has more than 2 spells, (haha), and is using her Clerical spells to great effect. I fear that we will have great need of them soon. Orcus, we are coming for you, stop us if you can, for we will kill you. I, Phelps have sworn this. One last thing, I recently discovered that I had a talent for, shall we say, roguish tendencies. I was determined to use these talents for a higher purpose, having given myself over to the influence of my sword. However, in order to secure a key we will have need of later I lost some skill, experience etc. and no longer was able to use these roguish skills. I take this as a sign from Boccob that I am not to take this road. Much food for thought.

Well our fight was long and hard last night we fought 8 Grimlocks and 10 Mind flayers and one overmind. The group of 18 was easy they barely hurt us. However, the over mind managed to stun us. We figured that after we tried a few magic attacks, that fighting it would be imposible so we sent it to some part of hell. We then decided to take a rest so we could heal. I was plagued by a weird dream all i remeber was a bunch of people sitting around a table and one asking "Whats a Grimlock?" and a very handsome and sexy man replying, "Its a transformer." My question is what is a transformer? I am hapy to note that I did not break any of my weapons today. I miss you Torrent I'll fix you as good as new when we get back to town.

Holy Jebus, that was one hell of a session and we only had two major battles. There was a point where I actually thought that we were going to die, all of us. The demons had possessed Karen and Brett; while Wayne and I were turned to stone. Jebus. It was good that before I turned to stone that I was able to get the demon out of Karen, but in order to do that I had to bring her down to 4 hp. All and all it was an amazingly difficult session that was just fun. Lots of fun. With the experience we got tonight I actually think we all might have gone up to level 13. Yay! Sleep.. must..
